Engineers: we will need to include the app_install_id value, labelled as include the app_install_id, sent with any and all events that are routed to FR Tech data during donation flow events. The FR Tech team may assign the value to another column on their end but for us it should be formatted just as we record in our own data.

We just need one bit of information from FR-tech: what should be the name of the URL parameter that holds the app_install_id? Is it utm_key or wmf_key etc?
