As a WMF team member, I want our Wikipedia Attribution Framework to be deployed on a platform more official than Vercel, so that our partners can use a more official URL.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Deploy the site into a more official place, such as Toolforge, Github pages, or some other option. The current site is on Vercel, but as we share the URL more broadly, more people will be looking at and bookmarking it. It may be better to have it be more official (if not directly under WMF, at least somewhere where WMF has official presence such as Github). We can consider options that keep the process as simple as possible.
