Per consensus at the village pump, please add +confirmed and -confirmed to the tokwiki admin toolkit.
This discussion has been open 5 days, and I'm fine letting it run longer if needed, but we are hoping to "hard-launch" to the broader Toki Pona community soon, and so it would be beneficial to sort this sooner rather than later, and I think the 6–0 consensus is rather strong for a small change.

Out of interest, do you know if admins on Wikipesija.org were able to add/remove confirmed? If so, I guess this could also be viewed as a continuation of something that sysops were able to do on the wiki's previous site; and therefore, potentially not as big of a deal to make the change without waiting for the discussion to be open for longer. (disclaimer: i'm not a sysadmin :))
Seems reasonable, especially for small wikis, although this can be misused in several ways. In any case in the meantime I'll proceed with this task.
We had no need since autoconfirmed users got hardly any added permissions (all logged in users could move pages, for example.)
The issue is the rate limit, but I agree that the use case is limited, and could be handled in other ways!
