Description

Acceptance Criteria:

Investigate how to do the following:
- If an event participant,
  - Uploads a file to a wiki that is targeted by the event
    - Target metric for MVP: number of uploads (MVP requirement)
    - Potential secondary metrics for post-MVP: number of uploaded files used in articles, total usages across languages, average daily pageviews of uploaded files
  - Adds file structured data (target metric: open-ended, share what is possible, e.g. if they should be treated as normal edits or not)
    - We should count this data in collaborative contributions - investigate how to make this possible
