I've been trying to upload a copy of true event based films to Tamil Wikipedia for the existing articles.

6. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Pearl_harbor_movie_poster.jpg
7. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Origin_2023_film_poster.jpg
8. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:The_Boy_Who_Harnessed_the_Wind.jpg
9. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Padman_poster.jpg
10. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Mary_and_max_poster.jpg

What happens?:
It consistently fails with "An error occurred during upload.: AxiosError: Request failed with status code 502", and has been doing so for about 20 days.

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):
But the same day when error appears , https://ta.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E0%AE%AA%E0%AE%9F%E0%AE%BF%E0%AE%AE%E0%AE%AE%E0%AF%8D:Asima_Chatterjee_1.jpg this fle transfer done smoothly. Why? please fix the bug. While doing college workshops, this is making an obstacle.
