I’ve observed something with my watchlist (over 700 titles) on Special:EditWatchlist. Removing titles from the list in that view doesn’t do anything.

When I select an article I want to remove (see below) and click on “Remove titles”, it doesn’t remove the title at all, and the feedback after submitting the form doesn’t mention whether the article has been removed from my watchlist or not.

I expected the title to be removed from my watchlist regardless of the page I’m viewing with Special:EditWatchlist, but it looks like this only happens when a watchlist is “too large” (over a certain number of pages)? I’ve used this feature in other wikis, and it works correctly.

Also, I’ve tried using the pagination feature, like “next 50” pages, to reach the section of the watchlist that lists the title, but it still doesn’t remove the title from the watchlist. Is this issue known, or am I doing something wrong?

The only thing that worked was to edit my watchlist in “raw” mode.
