Description

Acceptance Criteria:

Given a user is viewing Special:EventDetails,
- When they select the Contributions tab
  - Then they should see two toggle buttons: Edits and Editors
    - Edits is what we currently have (a list of all edits made)
    - Editors is a new view that displays data based on the impact per editor
- When they change tabs
  - All paging should be reset

Default view should remain Edits
