• Step 1: inform Product and Technical Writing (tag Stephanie/Chris and Jolan in a slack message) once the schema is final and ready to be documented.
• Step 2: Update the Wikidata RFC Overview of the clean schema with a shortened version. This ideally looks like an example payload where every possible field is filled, and all field names are mentioned only once or twice. see Tables Release notes for reference (NOTE: Stephanie to create follow up tickets for step 2)
• Step 3: Write the Known limitations in the Marketing Release checklist
• Step 4: Slack message Product and Technical writing that the clean schema and known limitations are available.

If there are open comments in the RFC or PRD and they need to be dressed, the team will respond either in slack or in the doc
