As the Wikidata Platform (WDP) team onboards more devs, we need to define and implement sprint planning and sprint retrospective practices.

Acceptance Criteria

more details available in section 5.3 of the WDP Team Practices doc

• A sprint is 1 month long (subject to change as the team ramps up)
• Sprints are planned and tracked in Phabricator using the Milestone view
• Retrospectives are guided using this google sheet template
