Define WDP incident response plan (IRP)

WIP doc in need of revision

The WDP team, in collaboration with platform SREs, handle ~5 WDQS incidents per month. Triaging incidents is currently done ad hoc and asynchronously. SREs have practices to track and respond to WDQS outages, but WDP needs one specific to our product so we can structure our involvement and measure the impact handling Blazegraph-related issues has on our work.

Acceptance Criteria
  • Plan is reflective of SRE practices and involvement
  • Plan details roles and who from WDP should be involved
  • IRP should be included in team documentation
