Description: Add a clickable link to MediaWiki documentation in the footer or header for contributors.

  1. Insert a link or icon to MediaWiki.
  2. Ensure the link opens in a new tab.
  3. Test placement and visibility.

Expected Outcome:
Contributors can easily access MediaWiki documentation from the WebApp.
