Summary

T391322: Special:AbuseLog: Support search by IP and IP range when temporary accounts are enabled added support for querying by IP range in Special:AbuseLog, but this functionality does not appear to work via the API query module for abuselog when using the afluser parameter

Acceptance criteria

It is possible to query abuselog via the API for IP ranges in the same way that you can query via the UI on Special:AbuseLog
Functionality made possible via T391322: Special:AbuseLog: Support search by IP and IP range when temporary accounts are enabled is possible via the abuselog API module
