Background
During the usability testing conducted in T406808, we detected the following:
- The most engaging suggestions for users were those ones that felt more impactful to improve the article.
- “Add a citation” was perceived as useful and impactful, while "External link" was perceived as complex, technical, and not impactful.
- Suggestions like “Revise tone” or rewriting content were perceived as abstract, subjective, or less actionable—especially for newcomers who lack confidence in writing skills.
We will need to review the copies of all suggestions to highlight the value and impact of each Suggestion type and include contextual feedback so they are clear.
