As an FA team member, I want to ideate, design, and build with user personas in mind, so that I can ensure our products and experiments are well aligned with our target audience.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Create 2-3 user personas based on our target Gen Z audience. This audience should not already be engaging with Wikipedia content. Our user personas should represent the key types of users we aim to serve through our content browsing app(s).
