As an FA team member, I want to be able to programmatically find interesting snippets from articles, so that I can incorporate curation into a content discovery and browsing product for new Wikipedia users.
Acceptance Criteria
- Create a method by which we may extract interesting snippets from articles. This method should ideally be used for our various content discovery apps: for example, it would be great if we could use this to gather text snippets for Elliott's Snippets, so that users are presented with easier-to-digest and compelling pieces of text.
