Description

Now that we've deployed postprocessing cache to a larger wiki, we can get more information about what the defaults/varying options for this cache should be.
This task aims at

gathering statistics on said reasons for "unsafe" post-processing cache keys
deciding whether we want to do anything about them to increase cacheability (the answer may be no! :) )
