Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Set user language to de-formal
Go to a talk page
Edit in visual editor mode
Add the ~~~~ with the drop down menu of the visual editor

The screenshot shows a {{de-formal}} template, which were never supported in JS messages. The {{#FORMAL:}} parser function may work.

Ah right. That is a local override. I wll try to reproduce the bug on Betawiki this night.

On betawiki it works correct.
