Based on @Jdrewniak comment https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T409865#11481838:

We agreed that a new task should be created to capture the correct order of items in the user menu. "Saved pages" and "watchlist" should be grouped together.

Currently on beta cluster (with beta feature Reading Lists enabled) Sandbox option placed between Saved pages and Watchlist options.

beta cluster - AMC enabled
Sandbox option should be moved below Watchlist

Although Figma shows Sandbox menu option above Saved pages and Watchlist, that should be corrected:

It will match non-AMC order of menu items:

I caught up with the context for this ticket and agree with the decision. However, I would keep all the contribution/edit related options grouped together and so in advanced mode we should not only move sandbox below watchlist but also talk (see image below). This also keeps the top 3 menu items consistent across advanced and non-advanced mode.

I think if you move talk you are going to annoy a lot of editors. I'd recommend moving sandbox ABOVE watchlist.
