Currently it doesn't have one. (It has .arclint file, which maybe @mmodell ran when he was still maintaining it, but I haven't been and it currently fails). My thinking is to follow the same conventions as upstream Phorge, except use MediaWiki's 120-char line limit rather than upstream's 80-char limit since I find the short line length limit more annoying than helpful.
