The current wordmark for urwiki (what I think you are referring to) is https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikipedia-wordmark-ur.svg

The correct way to proceed here is to upload a corrected version of that SVG file (it has to be a SVG file) at Commons, either in-place or to another filename. And then after that a config change deployment will be needed (updating the logo file on Commons won't by itself do anything). Due to the end-of-year holidays those deployments can't be done until January 5.

Thanks for the thoughts @Pppery, but you seem to have linked the wrong wordmark file. I was trying to locate the urwikiquote wordmark file, but I haven't been able to yet. I will look around to have a revised version uploaded on Commons. :)

Yeah, whoops. Perhaps I shouldn't be commenting on Phabricator when I'm tired. Urwikiquote (not urwiki, oops) has a wordmark that only exists in the /static dir and not on Commons, a situation which is now deprecated. You should still upload a revised version to Commons, and the deployer who processes this will bring it out of that state and into the more modern state of it being linked to Commons.

Well, the new logo file was deployed. I'm not convinced it rendered the way you want it from syncing to the testservers - you may want to cross-check that and upload a new version if needed.

(Oh, and I seem to have accidentally removed the customization that causes the wikiquote icon to be rotated the other way - is this wanted?)
