We don't add -l anymore. It made sense when all email addresses were handled from one domain.
Looking: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Mailing_lists/Standardization it should be something like steward-clerks? Note that any other config can be changed but changing the name after creation is basically impossible in mailman3.
