Note: We need help from RelEng team to do the remaining because of perms.

This task tracks the remaining repository cleanup steps for VueTest, which we are unable to complete due to permission requirements. All other work in the original task is complete; this ticket exists so the original can be closed.

The following actions remain and require permissions:

Remove from mediawiki/extensions / mediawiki/skins (along with in .gitmodules).
Mark the repository read-only in Gerrit (also edit description to prepend "[ARCHIVED]" and a reference to this task, remove all access lists and reparent on All-Archived-Projects): https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/admin/repos/mediawiki/extensions/VueTest,general
Deactivate the Diffusion repository for the extension/skin: rEVTE extension-VueTest
Delete the GitHub mirror: https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-VueTest
