Impact
Three of these for two different users in the past 4 days
Notes
Full error is : Failed to global vanish (global user with name '<redacted>' cannot be found)
In both cases, the user was renamed by AccountVanishRequests on metawiki, as seen by a check of the logs there. For the one user with two errors, the errors and the log entry are at the same time, at least within the same minute. For the other user, the log entry is a few minutes later.
Not sure this is PSI's, feel free to toss it back into Unstewarded if I got that wrong.
