On Android we need to add the following text to the account creation screen:
Note that this will reuse the existing mediawiki string (via allmessages) to avoid duplicating translations.
(And for determining whether to show the hCaptcha verbiage, we will make an initial call to authmanager, which we already do anyway.)
For QA: set your primary language to Test2, and go to the Create Account screen. You should see a note at the bottom that says "This site is protected by hCaptcha..." (you don't need to create an actual account.)
If you don't have Test2 as the primary language, you should not see this message.
Looks good on 50566-r-2026-02-02. Tested on OnePlus 8 on Android 13, and Pixel 6 on Android 16. The tested on all themes.
