User Story:
As a newcomer completing the Revise Tone task, I want access to Revise Tone onboarding from the Help Panel, because it won't display by default on repeat visits.
Context
After the first round of testing and internal feedback, we recommend removing the "Don't show again" checkbox from the revise tone suggested edit quiz-styled onboarding.
From internal feedback:
I could see a user clicking "I already know this" and erroneously assuming that that would prevent the quiz from showing up again. Or just assuming that completing the quiz would prevent it from showing up again. If we made it less likely to show up every time, it'd be nice to accompany that with a link somewhere to go back to it/to the learn more links after initially dismissing it, [...]
The checkbox creates confusion about what will happen after dismissal, and doesn't provide a clear path back to the quiz if users want to review it later.
Design proposal
- Remove the "Don't show again" checkbox from the onboarding quiz (covered in T413368)
- Add a help panel module that lets users retake the quiz anytime (reusing the existing module pattern from other suggested edits, with updated copy)

Acceptance Criteria:
Help Panel access
- The Revise Tone onboarding is available in the Help Panel when a newcomer is completing the Revise Tone task.
- The module follows the existing Help Panel pattern used for other Suggested Edits, including placement, interaction, and styling.
- Selecting the Revise Tone module in the Help Panel launches the same onboarding quiz content that is shown during the initial experience.
