ImageBrowsing and StickyHeaders experiments are complete: remove instrumentation code from WikmediaEvents.

Acceptance criteria

remove imageBrowsingPageVisit.js
remove stickyHeaders.js
remove loggedOutPageVisit.js
check for any relevant leftovers

FYI that script was for T399227 & T409190 - unless we plan to do more of these later on, we can also remove that script.
