[Renaming TestKitchen] Update CheckUser extension

Description

Description

As part of the Test Kitchen renaming (MetricsPlatform => TestKitchen), CheckUser extension needs to be updated to use TestKitchen instead of MetricsPlatform (the latter will be removed eventually). Also, usages of mw.eventLog could be updated by using the new TestKitchen SDK because the older SDK will be deprecated at some point

All this work must be done once TestKitchen is available and working in production and before removing MetricsPlaform from there.

@Sfaci are you requesting Product Safety and Integrity either do this or provide code review? If so, we will need to discuss how it fits in to our Essential-Work planning and would appreciate a timeline for when we need to have this done by

@Dreamy_Jazz We will be pushing/proposing patches and asking your team for review. We think that, in all these cases, the renaming if pretty straightforward and can be addressed like that

Closing this task as invalid because the renaming mentioned above cannot be done without having deprecated and removed first the related service. That will be done in T416020: Deprecate and remove EventLogging.MetricsClientFactory service and we have filed T415654: Migrate CheckUser PHP instrument to use Test Kitchen SDK to address this work accordingly when appropriate

@Dreamy_Jazz Please keep in mind the above and sorry for the confusion! Anyway, we will work same way but in that ticket
