What happens?:
The “All pages with complete edit history (.7z)” dump job is marked as failed in the dump index, and the full edit history dump file is missing/unavailable. This prevents access to complete Wikidata revision histories via recent dumps, which is required for research workflows relying on full revision history data.

What should have happened instead?:
The dump job “All pages with complete edit history (.7z)” should complete successfully and the corresponding full edit history dump file should be present in the dump directory and downloadable (as in prior dumps).
