When importing pages using Special:Import, TitleKey doesn't update its database table.

I think the problem is that TitleKey uses ArticleInsertComplete hook, but this hook seems not be called by Special:Import

Currently, the solution is to run rebuildTitleKeys.php script after importing, but it requires shell access.
