Current behaviour

Be on Special:Dashboard in mobile view
Select a Dashboard module (i.e. an arrow)
The page reloads, sending you to e.g. Special:PersonalDashboard/policiesGuidelines

Ideally, we would open the module and display content without doing a page load.

From that image, it doesn't look like you have any qualifying edits. Slice 0,1 and slice 0, 10 look the same when the array is empty.
