As part of T412447, DPE have reimplemented CertAlmostExpired and ProbeDown to add team-specific attributes to the check and route them appropriately. ProbeDown is aware of service::catalog's team attribute but CertAlmostExpired is not. Add this support to that alert (and probably have a look for any other common alerts that could easily have it added).
