Error querying Deletion Summary API

Description

When hovering over a "(Deleted)" marker on any pages list, I've been getting this error instead of the deletion log summary. I'm unsure when this started happening, but it's been at least a week or so.

Errs as 404, probably we broke the deletionsummary routing. Looking into it.

Indeed, that, and we removed a user parameter that is I think still used, and we had a problem with slash support.
