Description

When T411784 is merged we should increase maxInstances to make sure we utilize the win by removing ffmpeg and can run tests much faster. The runtime for the core tests will from 128-160 seconds to 48 seconds.

Acceptance criteria:

Increase the default maxInstances from 1 to 6 (we have 8 cores on CI instances).
