Correct the celebratory intention of preference description and help text

Description

We have used the word "festive" to describe the "celebratory" mood that the Birthday Mode should offer to the users, which is semantically wrong. The preference description and help text of the "Birthday Mode" toggle switch should be corrected to:

Celebrate 25 years of Wikipedia with a cute reading companion
