Background
Since rolling out temporary accounts to large wikis, we have heard feedback that patrolling of temporary accounts can take longer because it is difficult to see which temporary accounts are related to each other, where previously the edits would have been assigned to a single IP address. We would like to surface these accounts in order to make it easier for patrollers to detect bad-faith temporary accounts that are operated by the same person.
User story
As a patroller with TA IP access I would like to be able to quickly see what other TAs are connected to the ones I’m investigating so that I can quickly make the right decision on how to handle them.
