It looks like the repo hasn't been spidered yet? https://translatewiki.net/wiki/MediaWiki:Wikimediacustomizations-desc etc. aren't live.

Fixed with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/translatewiki/+/1238336 by adding a 2nd module.

Should we generally coordinate with TWN whenever a new i18n subdirectory is added? That might happen more in the future.
