Background
With the introduction of Temporary Accounts we have received feedback from patrollers that patrolling is taking longer than before. We would like to investigate the correlation between these complaints and Temporary Accounts. We will do this through research and data collection/data cleanup work.
Questions we would like to answer
- Is the process of investigating accounts, suspected of rule-breaking or other unwanted behaviour, taking substantially more time than it did prior to the introduction of Temporary Accounts?
- If this is the case, is it reasonable to attribute this to aspects of Temporary Accounts?
- What types of product interventions would be most suitable to address the issue of account investigation taking too much time?
