We want to be notified if reconciliation files are sitting in 'incoming' for longer than ?x (configurable) time so we pick up things that are not going through in a timely manner - I've already done some work to start moving the files we have no intention of processing into a new 'ignored' folder & my new sftp download script won't re-download them if they are in there

I've added this to the daily finance email - it will show in the subject line - some risk of peeps becoming immune to false positives but it also means that subject line becomes a once-a-day check on whether audit is already
