Hello Alex!

Having discussed briefly with @OWresch-WMF , I understand this request stems from the onboarding checklist.

Currently we only provide this access to staff and volunteers that can demonstrate an ongoing, proactive, and wide access to all security tickets. I believe this is not the case for you and will decline this request.
