I would like the GitHub repo https://github.com/openedx/openedx-translations to be cloned into the wikimedia org, with me as owner (GH user abartov).

This is another repo for centrally storing customizations our vendor is making for our Open edX server, which powers the WikiLearn platform (itself already hosted as wikimedia/edx-platform).
