Confirm enabling easter eggs does not have a significant negative performance impact on anonymous page views

Description

Background

During development we saw potential for cumulative layout shifts. We are also adding videos to all pages (potentially by default); and increasing the CSS and JS payload.

Given these significant changes I think it's essential we review performance as part of our deployment checklist (feel free to reach out to QTE for support here)

User story

As WMF product I want to be aware of any potential performance regressions before enabling the feature.
