Description

There are multiple options for how we might cache this. For example, in memory, within the tool, as part of MediaWiki, etc.

Take inventory of the options and make a recommendation for what the best approach is with the following use cases in mind:
Linting as part of CI
Linting as part of local dev
Linting as a stand alone tool
