We are running an experiment in New Zealand where we offer donors a badge post-donation.
We will have survey feedback and data to look at post-experiment:

Highlights:

  1. In total, 647 donors in New Zealand opted-in to see the Donor Badge on enWiki (from a pool of 23,648 who saw the badge promoted via a donor banner.
  2. This promotion was shown to 100% of donors in New Zealand who had the “has donated” cookie.
  3. Of the Donors who completed the survey via the “Tell us what you think” link 90% expressed positive sentiment:
