Visit e.g. https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Module:data_tables, https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Installing_MediaWiki

What happens?:
Page title in the sticky header displays in mixed fonts and with weird spacing. This affects pages in all namespaces other than the main namespace.

What should have happened instead?:
The namespace and the title text should be shown in the same font.

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
Regression in 1.46.0-wmf.13

This will affect articles like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPhone once the change rolls out to Wikipedia.
