Before the Urdu Wikisource is created (ideally), we need to add Urdu namespace translations for the ProofreadPage extension.
We need translations for the following namespaces:
- Page
- Page_talk
- Index
- Index_talk

I'd use the following, based on how it's on Urdu Wikipedia:
Page = صفحہ
Page talk = تبادلۂ خیال صفحہ
Index = اشاریہ
Index talk= تبادلۂ خیال اشاریہ

These translations are correct and align well with existing usage.
One small note: on Urdu Wikisource itself, the talk namespace is already displayed and used as "تبادلۂ خیال:" (as currently visible on Index talk pages), rather than a separate or newly introduced phrasing specifically for "Index talk".
