Most buttons currently use slightly rounded custom styles instead of fully rounded native iOS 26 buttons.
Button shape is one of the most recognizable iOS 26 visual changes. Custom rounding immediately looks off-platform.
Requirements
- Liquid Glass Buttons
- Use native Button component
- Apply Wikipedia primary color as tint for primary actions
- Secondary actions use Apple native colors
- Surface Buttons
- Use native bordered / bordered-prominent / borderless buttons
- Apply Wikipedia colors where appropriate
- Do not apply glass material to surface buttons
- Acceptance Criteria
- All buttons use native components
- Fully rounded corners
- Color usage follows Liquid Glass guidance
- No custom button shapes remain
