Steps to replicate the issue are not known. It appears that some people always have this problem and most presumably don't. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:New_pages_patrol/Reviewers#Help_regarding_Page_Curation_tool

Other information:

Appears to be independent of browser.
The first report was Saturday the 31st, so it probably started on last week's train, unless the problem is being caused by a user script or gadget.
Haven't tried safemode yet.

Another regression caused by T412014: Special:NewPagesFeed NPP mode (not AFC mode) should show and sort by enqueued date, not creation date. We'll probably roll back that patch shortly.
