As an observer of growth of the wikibase ecosystem,
I want to be able to determine if a wikibase installation uses a build from the "wikibase suite" product (wikibase-release-pipeline)

and

As an observer of growth of the wikibase ecosystem,
I want to be able to determine if a wikibase installation uses the "wikibase suite wikibase deploy" to deploy itself
