Enable new features and perform re-ingestion of Structured Contents [2-3 days]

Description

TO DO

  • Enable changes to images, lists and attribution in structured-update and structured-bulk
  • Update kafka consumer group ID to a new unique one in structured-bulk's service-deploy config
  • Update minReplicas in structured-bulk's service-deploy config. We used 4 last time.
  • Monitor errors in Grafana and consumer lag in Kafka UI (to know when it finished)

Acceptance criteria

  • Snapshots should contain the desired changes. Download a chunk or two from a couple different wikis and verify this.
