Based on testing T414944: Add "learn more" link for 'Birthday mode' switch in Appearance menu and @Sneha comment - https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T414944#11585113

  • Presently the Birthday mode toggle is placed as the last option in the Appearance menu - both on mobile and Desktop.
  • According to the design, the Birthday mode toggle should be displayed as the first option:

@Sneha @Jdlrobson-WMF In the mobile design above, it has baby globe icon showing instead of:

Also baby globe appears in the header next to the logo in the design.

are those part of the changes here? or just moving the setting to the top?
